Questions
Pause your booth time during dinner, speeches, formalities or other scheduled moments, so you get the most out of your active rental time. We stay set up and quiet, then start again when the room does. It's $60 instead of a full extra hour.
A 10 × 10 ft area, a standard outlet and level flooring. If you're running both booths we'll want them set up near each other. Send us the venue and we'll check the room before the day.
We recommend booking three to six months in advance, especially for weddings, weekends and popular event dates. If your event is coming up sooner, reach out anyway — if we're available, we'll do our best to make it happen.
Yes. Smile Society is fully insured, and we can provide your venue with a Certificate of Insurance on request.
Guests can receive their digital photos or videos instantly during the event. After the event, you'll also receive access to a full online gallery.
We can add hours on the night. The rate is set in your contract when you book, so nobody's negotiating at 11pm — you just tell your host and we keep going.
Any upgrade can be added up to 14 days before the event. Custom-printed backdrops need 21 days because they have to be printed and shipped.
